Order

Ordering with us is very simple: once you have added the item to your shopping cart, you can place your order by clicking the "Order" button. You can easily do this during the checkout process and will be automatically logged in. You will then be guided through the order process in three steps (address - payment method - confirmation) to complete your order.

We also offer the option to place an order without creating a customer account. Simply click "Continue as Guest" in the registration form. To finalize your order, follow the three-step checkout process (enter your details - make payment - place order).

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order, including the items you have purchased, your delivery and billing address, and the payment method you selected. Your order will then be delivered to you, and we hope you are satisfied with your items. If not, you can of course initiate the return process.

Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Due to our warehouse processing orders very quickly, sometimes it may not be possible to cancel an order, even within a few minutes. The fastest way to do this is to access the relevant order in your customer account and select the cancellation option.

Please note that you can only submit a cancellation request for all items in a scheduled delivery. If you wish to cancel all items in your order but your order is split into multiple scheduled deliveries, you will need to submit a cancellation request for each of these scheduled deliveries. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a specific item within a scheduled delivery.

After submitting your request, you will receive a separate email regarding the status of your cancellation request.

In principle, there is no minimum order value in our online store. However, for some payment methods, there may be a minimum order value requirement, and you will be informed about this during the checkout process.

Shipping & Delivery

As a rule, we deliver items that are currently available within 5 to 8 business days.

Please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received to check the delivery status of your order. For each package being shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. This confirmation will be sent to you after the order confirmation once the goods have been dispatched.

You can verify that you have completed your order correctly by checking the confirmation email we sent you. If you have created a customer account, log in to the website and view your orders under "Orders". If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service via email at support@amstalux.nl.

We ship our items in England in partnership with our partners Royal Mail and DPD.

You can certainly have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address, such as your workplace or a Colissimo pickup point. To do this, select one of the available payment methods and enter the desired delivery address under 'Delivery Address'.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address at a later time. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a change. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount via the payment method you selected when placing the order.

Returns & Refunds

If your order is eligible for a return, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email via the "Contact" section on the website.
  2. Ensure that the email includes the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product if it is damaged
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Customer's address

We will contact you to provide the return address once we receive your request.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, the refund equivalent to the invoice amount will be processed within 14 days via the payment method you selected when placing your order.

If an item delivered by us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet the requirements, you can certainly file a complaint and return the item to us free of charge using the return form. You can find all information about returns under 'How can I return?´

At SPARK you can return the ordered items to us within 30 days of receiving your order. More information about the right of withdrawal in our online store can be found in our Terms and Conditions (AV). Please note that returns via the post office are processed faster than returns via a shipping point.

The refund will always be issued using the payment method you selected. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount for the returned items directly to your credit card account. If you paid via PayPal, the credit will be applied to your PayPal account.

Payment

  1. Sort Code: A sort code is a six-digit number that identifies both the bank and the branch where an account is held. It is used for routing domestic payments within the UK.
  2. Account Number: An account number is a unique number assigned to an individual bank account. It works in conjunction with the sort code to identify a specific account for transactions within the UK.

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices in our app and in your phone's browser. You can select this payment method in the checkout field. It's accessible through all browsers, and you can pay with a linked payment card. Here's how to pay with Google Pay:

  1. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Google Pay will be available as a payment method.
  2. You can still enter a voucher code in the designated field.
  3. After selecting the payment method, click "Continue" and then "Order and Pay Now."
  4. You'll be redirected to Google Pay where you can select the card you want to use for payment.
  5. Verify that your order details are correct and complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.
  6. Once you confirm the payment, the confirmation page will appear, and you'll receive an email confirming your order.

Apple Pay is available as a payment method for iOS devices in our app and mobile online store. You can select this payment method in the payment section. It's accessible via Safari, and you can pay with a linked payment card. Follow the steps below to pay with Apple Pay:

  1. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Apple Pay will be available as a payment method if you are using an iOS device.
  2. You can still enter a voucher code in the designated field.
  3. After selecting the payment method, click "Continue" and then "Order and Pay Now."
  4. You'll be redirected to Apple Pay where you can select the card you want to use for payment.
  5. Verify that your order details are correct and complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.
  6. Once you confirm the payment, the confirmation page will appear, and you'll receive an email confirming your order.

You can choose from the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMX), Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

There could be various reasons why payment with a credit card is not possible. For example, general technical issues, input errors, issues with the validity of your card, etc. Alternatively, we offer you the following payment method: PayPal.

If you have selected PayPal or a credit card as your payment method, the order will only be completed once the payment process has been successfully completed. Therefore, the payment confirmation will be displayed directly in your browser window.
